The downgrade "reflects the ongoing weakness in the company's core business operations that we believe will remain challenged to achieve and sustain profitability," Richard Lane, Moody's senior vice president, said in a report. The outlook is negative. Caa-grade is viewed as poor quality with possibility of default by ratings agencies
