For me, the win rate for buying call or put is still too low and generally I do not have patient to hold long term. On the credit side, the win rate is ok so far but I still need to control risk and find a better way suitable for me.

You are absolutely right and I could not afford to sell and close the option when the bid and ask is that wide. That is why I want to use stock to close or lock.

Last Friday, I should just short QIHU to protect my sold 89 put as it is  very clear resistance at MA200.

Also I do not like the way I played for very little premium and took 3-4 fold risk. I need to find a safe way to prevent such kind of risk.

You definitely set a very high standard. Yes, I also learned my lesson from QIHU by rollover. if it happens, I just take a loss and move on. Risk control and win rate is key.
