It’s too many micro managing and limited from you, it’s too boring. We can’t proceed our works regularly as we are troubled by those endlessness, interrogated English e-mails which throw by you, that's everyone’s nightmare, we have to work overtime every day, pls pay attention, it’s not says one day, or two days per week, it’s every day, See? You could’t consider it’s a matter of course, we couldn't off on time, that's because we have to check many things to reply your dull inquiries.

On my view, you could update and perfect our works, systems time by time, but pls don’t pull everyone into the water which you enjoy swimming there, that’s not everyone’s duty and aspiration. You are a calculating Boss but just a calculating Boss in small jobs only.
